WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • Items purchased within 15 days from the date of delivery

  • Items in unused condition

  • Should you wish to return an item, please email us at hello@thepositivityloop.com and we will provide you with instructions.

HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?

  • For instructions on how to ship the returned products, please refer to the email you will receive in response to your return request.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Discounted items (if applicable)

  • Drinkware {Bottles, mugs and tumblers}

  • Items personally customized for you


HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item or items within fifteen (15) days of delivery for a refund, replacement or store credit.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If refund is rejected, you may be offered store credit accordingly.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval depending on your original method of payment.

WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method (depending on the payment institution) or you may receive store credit.

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED!

  • If an item is received damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped to you, please reach out to us within 5 days of your delivery date. Email us at hello@thepositivityloop.com and we will provide you with a postage-paid return label and instructions for return.

WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGES?

  • Exchanges cannot be processed online. Please email us at hello@thepositivityloop.com to request a shipping label to return the merchandise for credit and place a new order.
